“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I seriously no matter how hard i try cannot control my urge to ****ing eat more. I always end up convincing myself to eat and that its only a little food. I have really been neglecting my diet. And I havent ran for the past 3 weeks. I was doing fine untill I moved to ga were I know no one and do nothing. Its really hard for me to continue. I want to but I cant bring myself to control. Is there something to conrol myself? I dont care if its like a brain wash or something to trance me. I just want to be fit so I can start my high school year off fun not ****ty.

A few things that may help:

1)give yourself 1 free day a week where you can eat some of the things you want. I'm not saying you binge all day, but you wouldn't have to follow your diet on that day. That helps me out a LOT.

2)Take a 2 week break every 3 months. Again, don't take this as an opportunity to eat as much as you want, but don't follow the diet as strict as usual. Also take a break from any training.

3)If possible get a picture of yourself before you lost the weight and put it next to a pic of your current self. Put it somewhere you can see it every day. You'll know every time you look at it that if you stop eating right and running then you'll gain all the weight back. The longer you do this the more it will work - especially if you can keep up with the training enough to have continued success.

Also, find a picture of someone who has the physique you want and put it in with your other two pictures. That will help your subconcious form a new mental self image of where you want to be.

figure 2 lbs a week... that's a pretty good estimate. But dude, seriously, I really think you don't wanna be fukkin around with diets while you're 14. You're doin insane metabolism/growth shifts right now, and depleting your body of things could fukk it up.
