“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

For the past few years when college ended I weighed about 240 and dropped down to 220 over the summer.

The way I did it was running 4 miles a day and making sure to lift 2x a week for about 3 hours covering everything (no access to a close gym over the summer, so instead of working a muscle a day i just do everything 2x. keeps me from loosing too much).

Well this year at school I ate healthier and run 2 miles after lifting every day. So i just started my summer 12 days ago benching 320 and weighing 205 at 6 foot tall.

Well ive been useing my old weight loss technique for the last twelve days,. I have run about 50 miles and ive gained 5 pounds lol. I havnt been eating like a pig either. But I have been eating more than I did at school. Its not muscle weight either, my stomach isnt as flat as it was just a couple weeks ago.

Its made me realize a few things. diesel was right about diet! Exercise doesnt seem to mean much at all. if U are significantly over weight I think 4 miles a day will cut out the significant part. I have done it a lot and it doesnt even seem to matter if u walk or run. the weight loss is about the same. Although i have run the last couple years because it makes me run easier and feel like im healthier. But I belive once the majority of the extra fat is gone it takes a concientious diet to loose the rest and keep it from coming back.

Its diet combined with exercise that gives you the powerful results. Diet alone is pretty good but you won't be able to drop your bodyfat into the low percentages (most of the time) without adding cardio into it. Plus cardio increases your metabolism which burns more calories even at rest.

I've heard that is untrue, this is copied and pasted from somewhere else.

Aerobic exercise is essential for heart and lung health, but it’s not the best way to get lean. Cardio burns calories while you do it, but you don’t retain the benefit throughout the day. Weight-bearing exercise builds muscle, which requires more energy to support. So when you add muscle, you create an engine to rev your metabolism and burn calories 24 hours a day.

Well you heard wrong.

It not only helps to burn fat and calories during the actual time you are exercising, but it also elevates your metabolism for hours afterwards. This leads to greater calorie burning and fat loss throughout the day.

Its a well known phenomenon. Do some searches for medical texts, I don't have time right now.

I'm 6'1 and I weighed close to 260 Lbs. before dropping to 175 in little over a year. Not a single time of excercising or running, no sports whatsoever.

Now, I am not at all saying it is not good to excercise, but for weight loss, check your intake primarily. Recently I have started working out a little, and running weekly, and this has not affected my weight at all. However, eating less and better is visibly effective within days.

Yep, it's all done in the kitchen.
