hi all, i hope you are all enjoying this great spring sun !

i was raised in the "occidental way" and always had kindaof scientifical approach to health issues and took only antibiotics and such, but i discovered lately altenrative medicine like herbs or traditionnal medicine. i've had sleeping disorders for example and a drinking a mixture of herbs, helped a lot. (and another herb helped for my skin rash for example ...)

a friend of mine is also a lot into ginseng and green tea, but i still didn't tried out. AND the most surprising thing : he ordered RING MAGNETS from a site called http://www.alexchiu.com , apparently he says it makes him sleep like a baby, has more energy and he feels 3 years younger. he had had small health problems and now it's all gone !!!!!!!! ?? !???

i visited the site, looks like a crazy chineese guy who discovered life secrets, i thought it was crap until i visited the forum and discovered apparently a lot of people from all over the world tried it and it works (the magnets make the eyes sharper, apparently you have more energy, better immune system .....)

how the f0ck is that POSSIBLE ??

anyone tried that ?? with or without exercising ?

and what about the other chineese or "traditionnal" stuff and drugs ?

i tried the rings yesterday, it's quite interesting because you really feel something : after 10/15 minutes the heart is stimulated , i feel the blood "rushing" through my veins, and i feel hot. and i don't think it's a placebo or pshychological effect

so weird ... i was thinkinhg if it really works, how come it was never advertised, i've never seen "magnetic effects" on media or such... i came back to the guy's website today and saw he promised eternal life for anyone who wears the rings along with mad religious theories. the inventor compares himsfelf to einstein or other great scientific inventors. that's really weird.

i think i'll try to order those magnet rings and see if it does somethin on me. guys, i'd be really interested if anyone of you tried it. if it really puts you into deep sleep, maybe it will make my body recover faster and i'd be able to workout more and become a BIG alpha male
