i'm not a player anymore. but people think i am... i think it has something to do with the way i dress.

The reputation. As in another recent post, image is everything these days.

Let me state my answer to your 2nd question first:

No. Some guys are not made to be a Player of Women. Some guys are natural Symps (sympathizers to women). Some men are what Arthur Gordon call's MONS not men.

Adam in the book of genesis according to the above author was a MON. He followed the lead of a female in the story.

There are a lot of MONS on this board. Fella's who actually think that there is equality between the sexes. And would never try to play on women. I've even seen a post where a Male I can't call him a man was actually in tears cause he lied to his girl.

Now in answer to your first question from MY opinion:

I think what makes each player choose this path is different. Many have been burned by women in the past so in seeking revenge begin to prey on females themselves.

There are those who just enjoy womens company and having lots of sex with them which creates the player in them to come out.

There are those who enjoy the ego gratification of having lots of women whom he can call at a moments notice.

I personally have been all of the above. I started after having been a big assed symp and getting played by my first girlfriend after I split from my ex-wife.

I then told her two can play this game. And I learned my lessons well on playing this game.

that was the single most interesting thing i have ever read on this site. theres just... too much to talk about. im in awe. i really dont even know what to say, other then... do i have what it takes and is this what i want? question 1 is answered, but wow, that was the best classifying of a player i have ever seen. is that who i wanna be? damn... thats tough. got me thinking.
