Hey whats up dudes im jsut wonderin if you all follow the routines found on this board or if you know of any better ones. My dads an ex powerlifter so he helps me plan out my rouitines pretty well. So far ive gained about 25 pounds since the beggining of october.

by the way im 5foot 7 and 18 and weigh 165

Stats
Bench 275
Squat 450
Deadlift 395

165 benching 275?

i bench 300 at 16 but i weigh a good 60 lbs more.
