One of the reasons us guys need help and come to forums for advice on raising interest level is because we THINK like dogs. And NO, not without intelligence, or good tactics. We HAVE that in spades, but we generally save it for creating works of art and work.

DOGS, you see, are essentially ROMANTIC, playful, cooperative, and sometimes impractical by temperament. Therefore we ASSUME that the objects of our affection, WOMEN, are too.


CATS (women), however, are generally not. They are competitive, practical, cunning, and even sadistic.

This comes as quite a shock to you??? Get over it.

You see, women NEED things from men. Challenge, leadership, confidence, provisions, social standing etc. MEN, on the other hand, want to BE with women but expect little from them materially. Except for good looks. Which partly explains why women COMPETE with other ladies on the battlefield of appearance. But I digress.


It is worthwhile to begin to SEE how a CAT thinks. Get over your preconceptions. Then use it to your advantage.

MISCONCEPTION/CORRECTION:

#1. "Women are romantic". Correction: Women are NOT romantic. They are practical. All those flowers, fluffy talk, and compliments are turning her OFF not on boys.

#2. "She wants me to be myself" Correction: She wants you confident, challenge, and charming. After all this, she'll take the transparency you have .

#3. "she wants me to not date other women". If you do this too early, my pal, then you certainly WILL BE sooner than later.

#4. "She's not like other women. She's not impressed by money or muscles". Correction . You can bet that she is on some level.

But dogs run around begging, with their tongues hanging out, barking, being annoying, and generally smelling. I refuse to be compared to a dog....

Well Xsteel if you are right, then by that analogy, men are also loyal because dogs are loyal, right?

No, you had a few good points but overall, men are more like men, it's little boys that are still acting this way that need to change.

It is funny, before knowing about this site, I had a concept (still does!), it is the "little dogs", actually it can be a form of chump. You know those little dogs, they have their tongue always out for the "girl", they do anything they want, etc. ;-)

Also, about loyalty. I also believe that even if a man go see elsewhere, he cans be uberloyal.

You can want sex elsewhere, but a lot of men will also believe strongly in their "relationship". They will kill for it. They will do anything for it to not end (which can be a little dogs attitude too).

Generalization generalization... I'm cunning and very competitive myself and I know plenty women that are romantic and playfull...

They are... Women ARE romantic and romance tunes into their feelings.... It will turn them on if done right.

She wants you to be yourself, she doesn't want to get to know you and find out you are a phoney. She doesn't want something fake because it can easily be seen through... Yourself though should be confident, a challenge, charming etc etc.

Depends on culture and where you live. I've noticed in my country that dating multiple women is frowned upon... I was stupid enough to date two girls and some good female friends of mine knew both of the girls. They got so angry because I saw more than one at a time and I've noticed this mentality with all girls around here.
