Alright i'm going to be doing spring track but i won't have time for weight rm or a gym. So the next best thing is bring the gym to me. what would I need to start a decent home gym that not expensive but will still get me in muscle building shape for football.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

the only thing i can say is, bro, none of us have time for lifting. :) life is full of choices . . . decide what this means to you. whether it's waking up before school to go lift or what, it's all about finding time. and you can't tell me that you don't have 30-45 minutes free three times a week . . .

Pick up a bench along with an olympic bar and some plates and you'll be fine, try walmart. Then get a door pull-up bar and a used squat rack from one of those used sporting good stores and your set. You should be able to get all this for under $300. Goodluck.
