I started this post for everyone to post reviews of what supplements DID and DID NOT work for you. Please post a reason for each response. Hopefully this will help others save a lot of money when they decide to start/continue training.

SAN V12 Creatine

Wow. This was one awesome product. I was skeptical after using monohydrate for so long but this blew away my expectations. I got good pumps, energy and no bloating from this product. It's a little on the pricey side though. I paid $34.95 for a tub of it. Well worth it though. I'm using a similiar product on my next cycle called "Swole V2". Some say it's better.... but I'll be the judge of that.

TWINLABS ZMA

I just don't know about ZMA. I got some weird dreams off of it.... and I mean way weird (my friend driving my truck backwards on the freeway and the bed of it was bouncing up and down like it was trying to take off, with me in the back) .... so for the sake of dreams it was cool but other than that I got no physical effect at all.

ZMA works for some and not others. i found myself on the toilet seat all the time b/c of it.

STAY AWAY FROM ALL GNC PRODUCTS.

i think its a fair to say that 95% of their products can be found with more quality through other brands.

GNC is also 50% more expensive. They claim they're giving you a deal wiith 30% off. BS...

Mail order from DPS. You can't beat thier prices...

ZMA does work for me. Never thought about the dreams, but I do have some weird ones come to think of it...
