“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm on a low carb low calorie low fat diet. Im inlove with soda (just like most of the world) Since i started this diet, i put soda aside since its bad for you. Then i checked out diet soda and pepsi one and they have 0 or 1 calorie and no sugar, no carbs. Do you guys think that this would be fine?

I asked a former body builder and he said NO, absolutely no soda.

what do you guys think?

i don't know about bb aspect of diet soda but I know that it has aspartame as sugar substitude. aspartame is not all that healthy so I would avoid those products if I were you.

If you really don't like drinking water alone, I would recommend sparkling water.

Sugar substitutes scare me more than the sugar.

Go for a Gatorade like drink if you have to have something.

Water is best though. I keep a jug on my desk at work, one in the car, one in the gym bag and of course one in the freidge at home.

Gatorade is full of sugar and won't work for someone doing low-carb.

Aspartame gives me migraines.

Try the Hanson's diet soda's that are made with Splenda, which is a sugar substitute made from sugar and is zero carb per serving.

Stick to the 'no sugar' sodas . This is what i do and it has about 1 calorie per can compared to about 170 for a can of regular soda.

When you exhale, your body breathes OUT carbon dioxide. You know those little bubbles in soda? Yep, carbon dioxide. Why are you putting something into your body, that your body is trying to get rid of???? Drop sodas entirely. If you don't like the taste of plain water, then drink chilled herbal tea.

Splenda by the way IS made from sugar. They replace a few carbon molecules with CHLORINE molecules. (Yes, chlorine as in bleach.) The only non-chemical, non life threatening sugar replacement is "Stevia". It tastes sweet and is purely natural plant extract with no calories. You can pick it up at any health food store.
