This new 17yr old chick that started work about 3 weeks ago is abosolutely smoking hot( slim, busty, 5'6" italian, big gorgeous brown eyes-she wears the tightest pants to work and the smallest white shirts )

Anyway I'm sure she has guys hitting on her about 121 times a day. The thing I've noticed is, that she doesn't seem to have ANY friends, AT ALL(she's not new in town, been living here for like 4yrs).

I see her coming into work on her days off and she is ALWAYS by herself or with her Mum. I've talked with her before and she seems socially inept, I take the micky out of her and she never has a comeback. She just says nothing. She's not dumb though since she's going to university next year, just a bit of a social misfit.
Now some questions;
1. Do you guys think HOT social misfits are worth pursuing in general?

2. While we were talking once though I casually asked her if she has a boyfriend, she said "um, why?" I said "just curious" then she looked at the ground, blushed and said "am yeah I do" do You think she was bull****ing me? I do, I've never seen her around with a guy.

3. Another thing, she seems socially inept yet at times a little full of herself, for example another dude was talking to her and said that he's going to this party on saturday night and she said "Yeah right, like you'd get invited before I do" Then another time when I asked her why she gets all the easy jobs at work she replied "because the supervisors love me"

What do you guys think about this girl?

If you just want to screw her like all the rest of the guys that approach her, then she can probably pick up on that. I'd try teasing her more, making fun of her more, and stuff like that. It doesn't seem as if you are attracted to her though, because you said that she had no personality and no social skills. Since looks do not trigger attraction, what is it that's making you attracted to this girl? I think it could possibly because she's so hard to get - but it seems that this woman has a gigantic biatch shield.

Ok first of all your not in a position to judge this girl because you only see her AT WORK!!! LOL She has a life outside of work you know, just like you should!!!

Secondly this girl is HOT and she knows it!! A ***** shield is a device girls use to weed out the wussy AFC kiss asses from the Alpha Males. You said your sure she probably gets hit on "121x a day" so because she's become so indifferent to random chumps approaching her she is constantly on guard for these doods.

If you want this girl your going to have to be a lot more C/F and be MORE MYSTERIOUS!!! You NEVER NEVER EVER, ask a girl if she has a boyfriend!! That kills all the mystery and tells her right off the bat that you want her!!!

Let's be clear about one thing: This chick knows she is hot.

She is 17. Some chicks who were not so pretty when young, develop quite nicely around this age or slightly younger. She may not be used to the attention, but is learning what her "power" is over men.

As a result or on a seperate note she may be aware of her attractiveness but inexperienced with guys (e.g. due to strict family). Hence the conflicting ****y/shy persona.

On the other hand maybe you make her nervous because she is attracted to you, so she clams up.

The BF question is a waste of time. If she says no she looks undesirable, if she says yes and she blows you off. Don't bother asking it. Plus what are you saying, you want to be her BF? That's a bit ahead of yourself, too much pressure. Move slowly, get to know her over coffee first etc. Without talk of sex, relationships etc.

If you ask a chick out they KNOW what it means and they know the reason. You do not need to and should not verbally say why.

You don't need to know if she has a BF. Go after what you want without hesitation and let her stop you if she wants to. Don't be afraid of rejection.

If you are happy dating at work, ask her out and get it over with. The longer you wait the less your chances.
