I love hitting dance clubs when i get a chance. I love hitting a floor full of HB's and busting a move...i've got total confidence in my ability to dance, solo or with a chick, sober or drunk. What i DON'T love is the fact that after 15 minutes of dancing i start to sweat. I don't mean just a little perspiration, i mean i SWEAT.

Rolling down my face, neck and chest type of thing...which makes it hard to mack or grind. Anybody else have this problem, or know a way to avoid it, or have tips for macking despite it?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

It sucks, I tend to have my nights if theres a nasty DJ, I'll just let it rip all night and not worry about it. (Tend to pull chicks despite drenching them)

Or else target your dancing around social interactions either meeting the chick at the bar, or going on the dancefloor and then immediately locking eyes and going for it...

1. Use a good anti-perspirent (not just a deodorant). You can use it on other areas if it's clear like your arms, chest and back.

2. Know your club. Know where there are good air conditioners or ventilation. If they blow onto certain areas on the dance floor, find those spots and gravitate to them whenever you are on the floor. If they aren't on the floor, head for those spots whenever you take a break.

3. Drink tons of water, I suggest at least a 2:1 ratio of water to alcohol and drink a glass or two at least every hour. You may need to go to the restroom more often but at least your body temperature will be lower.

4. Drink less alcohol. Alcohol tends to dry out most people.

5. Wear looser fitting clothes made of natural fibers. They breath better and some can wick perspiration away from your skin.

I know what you are talking about, I also have the same problem.

I usually take breaks and go to the washroom, to clean off, rinse with some cold water, and dry.

Take breaks and rest.

I have a friends who brings a small towel with him "Ghetto Style".

This may sound REALLY strange... But one of the sexiest nights on town ever for me was one of those nights.... I had gone to a movinginnparty at uni for some friends of mine and I met one of the girls that lived in the same flat... So we got talking and stuff and so we decided (and her friend :p lol) to go out and dance. It was SOOO warm in the disco, I'm under exaggerating if I say it was 30 degrees celsius.... We danced for 4 hours straight of trance/rnb/club music and we were totally into eachother swetting like MAD, we were both actually soakingwet but none of us cared cause we were so into eachother and the dancing. Great night =) Only bad thing is that she has a BF so impossible to get with now :|

Correct. Sweating is your body's mechanism to try to cool itself off by having your sweat evaporate on your skin making you feel cooler. Staying hydrated will help you do this internally.

Someone else posted about a friend bringing a towel, I've never done that but I do remember to get a couple of extra napkins to stick in my pocket while I'm at the bar. I have used one not only to pat myself down but also my dance partner. Gotta love kino ;)

RE:

Synergist I have the same problem too...I'm the best dancer in my city by far (having spent the last 14 years practicing, doing, learning etc) but I sweat like a mutha! What I try to do is first make sure I smell nice...(I always keep a sample of spray cologne in my pocket, along with chapstick and breathmints) 2) I make sure I never dance more than 2 songs at a time because after that the sweat really starts pouring. 3) I limit my alcohol consumption
4) I take breaks and walk outside
