This chick I know on campus was telling me she was walking with 3 girls from her class and she saw me and was like "I know him" and the girls were like oh wow he's so cute. She was telling me she has lots of hot friends that are single, etc. Shes hot too but has a bf...but I figure to use her for social proof. She offered to introudce me to some of them, without me saying anything. So my question is, I don't want to seem desperate like "oh i really want to meet your friends" but I've seen pics and some of them are hot so I would like to meet them and see if I can work it. How should I tell her without seeming desperate?

Ask her to set your up with one of her hot friends that she thinks is a good match for you. That isnt being desparate...that is being smart.. go for it! good luck!

With respect to Open Mind, never ask anybody to fix you up. Makes it look like you can't do it yourself. I like the party idea--invite her and tell her she can bring some friends.
