Today was the last day of Uni before Thanksgiving break so like always I hopped on the bus that that takes me to the off campus parking lot. While walking up to my car I noticed a tire had gone flat. Dam it! So I whipped out the cell and my AAA card and gave those guys a ring. They said it was going to be over an hour because they were busy will other holiday traffic. I explained I was in a hurry and they said they would get there as soon as possible. **** that ****ty service.

Anyway HB8 heard the phone conversation and asked why I didn't change it myself sence I was in such a rush. (This thought had not crossed my mind until that point.) I said I didn't know how to change it. She gets this ****ed up look on her face and says "Open the trunk!" OooK, so I opened the trunk and she whips out the jack and **** and goes to work. She made the comment "Carolina Guys are such wusses" (in a half serious half teasting way). We changed the tire ( I did do the manly lifting), and all was well.

I just thought this was funny as hell to actually hear a girl from my school say this, so I thought I'd share.

no offence, but guys should all be able to do simple manly tasks, ie. change tyres, change light bulbs, basic plumbing and carpentry.......etc

what have you been doing your life, you sound very metrosexual/AFC if you need someone to change your tyre.

there is a great book for guys like you, cant remember what its called but its something like ''being a man, for dummies''. explains how to mow the lawn, change tyre and other basic but manly attributes.

Im not dissing you man, just get some 'trade' skills happening.

Reminds me of a program I saw last night where two male 'designers' were running around flapping their arms and shouting "Help!" because of a leak in the kitchen of their new designer development. Whereas the project manager got down on the floor and fixed it, while swearing loudly at them for being pansies.

man no offense, but u deserved that one. come on bro i knew how to change a tire since i was like in my teens. but whatever, i know some kids who dont know where to lift the car, so it is cool. just make sure u know how for next time.
