while having to go through a boring pile of statistics work, I had an idea.

Just to show all of you too-scared-to-approach people (myself included) what really is the deal here:

Lets assume you are a complete loser. You suck so much that there is only a 1% probability of a successful approach. What does that mean?

It means that after about 450 approaches, there is a 99% probability of eventual success.

Ok, now you join the DJ forum, learn a couple of stuff, become a recovering AFC, work a little on your techniques, metality and appearance. You are now not that much of a loser, and there is a 10% chance of a successful approach:

You now need only 44 approaches to reach the 99% probability of success... Not that bad eh?

This might be lame, but it does show what the bootcamp and all the lecturing about approaching means. Whatever your status, once you are at the stage when you dont fear failure and can approach a lot of women, very soon you are gonna start having successes.

Product rule:

.99 X .99 = .98. Two girls rejecting you is 98% probable.

.99 X .99 X .99 = .97 All three girls rejection you is 97%.

And so on.

If you are planning on marrying, first estimate the number of girls that you have a chance with "n".

Then, take that number, and divide that by the exponential "e".

Then, take THAT number (n/e), and break up with that same amount of girls.

Then, marry the FIRST girl after that who is better than all the girls in the first n/e that you broke up with.

Lets say you have a chance with 100 girls. You go through the first 37 of them, and then pick the next one who is better than your first 37.

You have a 37% chance of finding the best girl to marry with this strategy.

Talk about turning what should be a fun thing into a tedious job...

I totaly agree with you DEKKA.... I approched 3 girls last week end..got 3 phone numbers..and made 3 dates...it's not a sience it's a SKILL.. well sorta..it's nature!
