Expired Creatine?

I've had creatine sitting in my house for a while now and i just got a membership at the gym today. So i pulled out the creating and the date said August 2003.

Is it bad to use now? will it not work?

Depends on how it was stored. Moist/ damp conditions certainly won't help, or if the seal has been broken or previously opened I wouldn't risk it either. Only way to know is to use it and find out :)

It was stored in the kitchen in a cupboard, so it was fine but the seal was broken when i got it (stupid me)

Agreed. Creatine is cheap enough. Just get some new stuff so you actually know it works.
