I'd relax with the kino. Just high-five a lot. I don't go out of my way to touch her. If it happens, that's great. If not, I'm not going to force it. I don't buy into the Kino game much. I think you should escalate the physical contact when it feels comfortable to do so. When you concentrate too much on anything, it shows.

If you want, turn the touch up IMMEDIATELY. I remember in Vegas, I met a young girl down by the pool. I didn't touch her much besides a few high-fives here and there. We made plans to meet up later and when we did, as soon as I saw her, I scooped her up off of her feet and spun her around with a huge hug. From there no touching I did was a surprise.

Am I not understanding the high five deal? Why would you high five a girl , unless she was on the same basketball team as you?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
