I’ve won 3 Doors Down Tickets for Wednesday…
The concert is 100 miles from here. No problemo.

There is this girl I have known for a while; her husband was killed about 2 years ago. We have known each other casually for about 14 years, but we were both were hooked up with other people for all that time. We were always friendly and smiled and waved at each other, and yeah…sometimes had that look between us.

I know her brother and her Mom, they both love me to death, and they were actually neighbors for several years, while she and I raised families across town from each other.

She was accidentally sitting in front of my work the other day when I came out for lunch. She honked and waved, I didn’t recognize her at first, and I had to find out who this exquisite creature was…

We talked and caught up on some stuff. After a few minutes she gave me her card, she cuts hair, and may have been looking for another customer, but then again maybe she wants my bod.

I didn’t ask if she was seeing anyone.

Ok, Yeah I know tomorrow/today is Tuesday and it’s short notice, I had planned to call her in a few days, and see what she was up to, but I really would like to drag her sweet self to the concert.

It’s the middle of the week, she has kids, same age as mine actually.

It’s gonna be hard for her to get away, I already know.

Do I take the chance? Or do I call someone else who would surely jump at the chance?

I don’t want to tip my (interest) hand just to be turned down for even a legit excuse.

Any thoughts?

Ok dude.....Call her up ask her if she wants to do something on the night of the concert. If she says no..then say oh ok..I have to go now...I guess i will bring..emily or (some girl) to see three doors down..bye Now. (YOU MUST HANG UP AT THIS POINT) No biggy if you dron't bring her it'll show her that you'r not predictable and girls love that of course...and if she says she will do something with you..surprise her..don't tell her you got the tickets until the last second when you show up at the concert...trust me she'll think your the collest Guy! Thats my input on the subject!!!

In my experience with salon girls, they are wild as heck. I see some of the girls from the salon at the bars fairly often. These are like 40 year old women hanging out with 21 year old guys. In fact my hairdresser told me that she had bon jovi tickets and that she wanted to take a young guy... I had a g/f at the time...


Nothing wrong with hooking up with an older woman.
