I have ruined relationships in the past by caring too much... You put too much weight on the girl, too much of your attention on the girl when you start noticing the little things. Her interest level should be fine, if you can learn to back away some. The basic principles of this site is to not overbear a girl. If you check interest level, keep it to yourself, don't show actions that you are or else you will look insecure. You shouldn't care about little decisions she makes without you because if you do, then it can lead to jealousy and other nasty habits when bigger things arise.
