a couple of things i've noticed about nexting:

you have to make it clear to the girl you are nexting that you are doing it. Otherwise it just doesn’t work. she won't realize her mistake and come running.

you can't really next a girl until you are sure she knows enough about you. Just nexting a girl after a few hours or one conversation isn't going to benefit you at all. Practice your pursing techniques on her.

Sometimes it's best not to next a girl at all. why next them when you can test new ideas on them? Don't next, experinext!

Ding Ding Ding!!! We have a winner!

Everyone here NEXT!s WAY too fast. I think those that NEXT! too fast are simply lazy and cannot find it within themselves to spend a little more time trying to solve a problem.

A good analogy is chess. A lot of things happen in a game of chess. You can seem to have an advantage early on in the game, yet, slowly, things start to look bleak. Your opponent snips away at your options one by one. A pawn here and there, some bad positioning. Where'd your advantage go? You were winning now you aren't.

The reverse can be true also. In chess a player's greatest demon is a feeling of false comfort. When you start off behind a few pieces, or the board looks like you're losing, you need to meet the challenge and make the wisest, most logical move possible, every time. If you can turn the tables and end up winning, it is a great accomplishment because you know you defeated a clever opponent.

Now imagine you begin slaughtering the opponent after the third move. He puts his Queen within your Bishop's range, not knowing, and you take it. He makes all the dumb mistakes in the book. You beat him easily. Is that an accomplishment? No, ANYONE would beat this guy.

Do you WANT a girl that isn't going to give you at least a FEW obstacles before getting into the panties?

Some of you guys have such stringent NEXT!ing policies that they filter out any decent respectable girl, and leave you with the desperate sluts. You want a little bit of difficulty. You want her to *try* to play head games with you (but you're really too strong for them

)

Some of you will come back at me saying "But isn't it true that a REAL DJ shouldn't HAVE to put forth any effort to get a girl? Isn't it true that a REAL DJ calls all the shots and doesn't tolerate ANY resistance? Shouldn't you NEXT! freely to show them they're just one of many of your opportunities?"

Get real.

The only guys that have to do truly NOTHING to get girls are famous, pretty, rich, or all three. If your value lies not in your face, body, wallet, or fame, then it will take some time to convey it through your personality. As a man you need to own up to the fact that there are certain things, and yes, even certain women, that you will never completely control. Get comfortable with it. All you need is yourself anyway. If you act this way, women will implicitly understand that you have other romantic opportunities.

yes, the important thing is to remember that every second of interest you give her she better be thankfull for! after all it's her lose not yours. that is very important to remember. You only next when you've given her a good taste of who you are and she doesn't appreciate it.

Another analogy would be a boxing match.. in the first few rounds you must test your opponent with jabs and quick foot work. You can't just start swinging haymakers in the first round looking for a knockout. No boxer in the world trys to do that. You will just look like a complete idiot and get your ass kicked in. Unless you are mike tyson with a 6 second knockout. Then again that only worked once for him. He tried that on lewis and got his ass kicked

In boxing, every fight is different and every oponent is different. some will go on for many rounds and others will go down quick.

It is your job as a DJ to size up the chick before you start hiting on her. Ask yourslef some good questions

1. Will it take stamina to put her in place?
2. Is my only chance a quick knock out?
3. how many rounds is it going to take?
4. should i just jab my way to victory?

Just don't forget that fights don't go on forever. When the bell rings for the last time you next the b|tch!

and don't forget about the rematch she may demand it.

This is an excellent point. I have used this tactic before. When you reach the point where you think you should Next a girl, why go through that formality? Since you've already decided you don't need to bother with her, why not try out some new ideas on her?

It's sort of like when they test new weapon systems. You don't see them testing new missiles on frontline aircraft and tanks do you? Of course not. They use leftover obsolete equipment for those testing purposes. This is no different!

I have been on and off talking to this really flaky girl for about 6 months. We had a bit of sex and she started acting all like she wanted a relationship, yet would flake out every time we were supposed to do something. So I wrote her off. Then we started talking again, every now and then. Her latest comment was that she wanted to "make time for me", so I'll see what happens (not expecting much from this one). If we hook up again it will only be a bonus, so who cares?

Note: I am mainly referring to girls that you've had at least some degree of success with. Girls you've just met deserve the standard NEXT.

It's ok to next a girl that deserves it, but there may be cases where you can use her for practice. Girls that you have just met and don't want can be good for this. It far more challenging to start something with a new chick. In fact, that's where most guys need to improve. Rather than next her i would just call her up one day when i was bored and practice being ****y funny or something like that. Who cares what she thinks the point is you are only using her for you own ends.

Everyone needs to practice their moves for the real fight. so i think it's a great idea for every DJ to own a few experiment girls. No DJ is a perfect DJ, we all have areas we can improve on.

you could take it one step further and try it out at a bar or a club. pick a few girls to warm up on and then go for the kill

Well when I said not to bother with girls you've just met, my reasoning is that these girls obviously have very low IL so you probably won't get any worthwhile feedback to your experimentation. On the other hand, I can see where it might useful target practice with C+F, to see if you can effectively raise IL. Generally though, I prefer to save my experiments for girls I know had/have somewhat reasonable IL.

Perhaps every newbie DJ should make finding an experiment girl a top priority. It would help guys will low confidence feel better about themselves. I'm sure even the most pathetic AFC knows a girl that he doest want for some reason. well i say call that girl up and try a few things with her. There won't be any pressure, no fear of failure, and no true form of rejection.

Band camp girl in American pie was just that. She even gave it up.

(i know i know it's just a movie... ok side note, i don't know about u guys but i would f that girl any day even before i did buffy! )

There are several girls i know right now that i have basically nexted.. I'm sure this is the case with every DJ out there. I could easily turn them into experiment girls. hmm.. i think the trick would be not to focus on one girl when you are using them for practice.

Yes, there are other options

... such as:

1) The "conditional next," where you make her understand what she needs to do or not do to keep you.

2) Putting her on probation. Tell her she's been a bad girl, and she's on probation until a certain time. There was one gal in particular who I nexted prematurely, but would have probably been able to retrain had I put her on probation instead.

Are you kidding me? Dude, I wanna know your schedule! Do you got more than 24 hours in a day or something? Your probably like 99 percent of the people here and in the real world, with basically nobody on the backburner. I dunno about you, but TIME-WISE, I just DO NOT have enough time to waste with a chik that doesn't have sky high IL. Thats why I NEXT quickly. I

4. Spend time with friends

DUDE!!! With all that, I don't have A SINGLE FRIGGEN MINUTE to waste on a girl that isn't ski high on the IL scale. Thats why I NEXT so quickly. Any busy DJ like myself should be doing the same. The problem is, most teeny boppers on this forum have all kinds of free time and little responsibilities and few, if any at all, girls on the backburner. thats why they try, and waste time, with the current girl their with instead of NEXTing. Not to single anybody out or anything, but you know who you are......

How are you meeting these girls? Through friends, at work, at bookstores? Cold approaches? Bars?

And how long did it take for you to start banging these two chicks? If you started having sex with these girls really early on then you do not need to have patience, because either your looks or your game is really good.

But many of us don't have girls with immediately sky high IL. That's why we come to this site. This site has to do with CREATING attraction at a gut level in a woman. If some of us need some extra time to do this, by all means, we should take it.

I am a full time student taking over 20 units. Plus I have 12 hours of work and 4 hours of martial arts every week. I know all about busy schedules. Yet I really don't think I have issues with time management. I'm not failing any classes or coming in late to work due to lack of NEXT!ing.

What I'm saying here is that some of these newbies are being NEXT!nazis, NEXT!ing if a girl before it's really appropriate to EXPECT her to reciprocate romantic interest.

It's like going through a one-minute scripted phone sales pitch in a quick, monotone voice. If you tried giving the customer LESS time to think it over, and slamming the phone harder once you're done, does that make you a better salesman? It's much easier to make fewer calls and invest a little more in each.

-----I meet girls all the time, mostly threw CA's. I have worked hard at CA's, but, to be totally honest, Ca'in is something Im pretty good at just naturally. -----Both chiks Im banging right now - the first one was about a week and a half, the 2nd was two weeks. All less than 4 dates/meetings.hang outs. None of them are slutty either. if a girl has sky high IL in you, she will give it up in less than 2 weeks every time. And i got three on the backburner, two of which i have fooled around with and the other first base stuff. LOL i will say yea, Im young and in shape and above average in the looks depo, but nothing spectacular.

-----Thats why ya need to get out there and work on your game, ESPECIALLY in the reading IL game. Thats where it all counts. Date date date. You should have minimum 10 numbers and at least 15-20 CA's a week until you got 5 in first base mode, looking to score.

-----No matter how good of a salesman you are, your not selling a fridge to an eskimo or a steak to a vegetarian. What i mean is, as a salesman, you need to know what battles are worth fighting for, and which are a lost cause and not worth the wasted effort. Instead of trying to convince a vegetarion for hours to by a steak, try selling that steak to a lion, he won't need any convincing whatsoever. Girls work the same way. When there IL is sky high, they practically make the sale for you. You need to know where to pick your fights. Choose wisely. go for the High IL chiks, discard the rest.

Experinexing is nexting, but using them for practice and to learn? In your head they are nexted, but in the surface you experiment with them, right?

Going out doing 15 cold approaches a week and date-date-date-ing seems to waste a lot more time than what I'm doing. Some girls might not know what to make of me at first. But I grow on them. My confidence comes from knowing that given a little time, very many girls will be interested in me. They "like me, but don't know it yet." (someone else said that)

I'm not selling steaks to eskimos. All it takes is experience and keen observation to tell where there's potential and where there isn't.

I can understand where blu is saying about the wasting time and also 00Kevin about not nexting so quickly.

Some females requires a little extra effort which is cool as long as she shows some interest. The real flaking females to me are the ones you call about three times (with her telling you that she will call back but don't) are the ones you should NEXT immediately. One of the most precious thing all of us have is our time, so stop wasting on the lost cases.

As long as she calls you, don't mind seeing you, hanging out with you then you should not NEXT her.

yes this is true. There are some girls the need to be nexted and they f-ing deserve to be nexted rather harshly

the main point i was making is this:

1. DJs should find 1 or 2 girls with medium interest and experiment with them. Just don't waste important days with them (ie mondays and sundays are good, but not fridays and sats).

2. Try out new things with girls you would almost next is benificial in that it helps you understand how women react to things you say. Even girls from dating sites are good for this. For example, call one up and try being a total prick to them and then watch what happens. It's only through your own personal experiences that you can begin to understand women. AFCs should really try to be jerks to these women inorder to build up confidence.

3. Just don't next every girl. girls with No interest or even low interest need to be nexted, but what about girl that show medium interest?

in other words.

NO Interest = NEXT
Low Interest = NEXT or Experiment
Medium Interest = Experiment and use them to make your other HBs jealous.
HI interest = start f-ing

If you already have a few hi interest HBs then you don't need to have any experiment girls. The problem i have with nexting quickly is with shy girls. I have met some really nice girls that are cuties but are just shy and self-conscious. They won't show hi interest until you break down the wall and show that you can be trusted. You could be missing out on some of these girls if you next quickly. I can say that from my experience these types of girls are very trustworthy.

By nexting quickly you run the risk of nexting a nice girl. But if the only thing you want is the poon then don't worry about it.
