BULL$HIT!!! the only reason im angry is coz shes the type of chick i'd just LOVE to bang.. it like says on her forhead: BANG ME.. FVCK!!!! and i was SOO close!

Hey man, what's up? Sorry to hear about the one-itis and all. Ok listen, the problem isn't that this girl is in a LTR and that you feel the desire to have sex with her. The problem is that you are OVERWHELMED with the attachment that you HAVE To have sex with her. You need to calm that side of you down. There is a reason you want to have sex with her. Maybe you think she's going to be awesome in bed, or that she's wild, or that she's extremely sexy when she dances or that she's confident with herself...look behind the flesh at what you presume her to be. Then stop, and realize that you don't know SHYT about her! All of this is an illusion.

YOU ARE giving her this power over you. This power to compell you to try to break her up, and to post on the internet. It's never the girl, it's always you. Disconnect yourself from the attachment, realize that she's just a girl that you know nothing about, and that until you, personally, gain the balls and strength to write this off as "ah well, I have control of myself" you're not going to get over it. Clean up your act.

It's when you choose to let it overwhelm you, and swallow you whole, and actually INDULGE in it that you start running into problems.
