hey guys. ive been single since march. since then i have dated around, worked on my DJ skills, and had a great time. recently ive spent time with an amazingly cool, fun, hot girl. this is not crazy one-itis...it is simply a girl i would like to pursue a LTR with. Now being DJ is about taking what you want and being a man. You want to kiss her, you make the move....you want to spend time with her, call her up and ask her etc. however, all advice ive read about turning exclusive with a girl says...let her bring it up...if you say it it will ruin her IL. Isn't this BS? When you guys finally find a girl you see worth taking to the next level how do you go about it?

I would definately let her bring it up. When her IL piques and she is ready, believe me, she will bring it up. If you bring it up, it puts her sort of in a position of power to reject or accept you. If she brings it up, it puts you in that position, making her feel more vulnerable, and raising her IL.

she seems like the kind of girl that wont bring it up though. and if i dont im thinking she will think im not interested enough in her. any other opinions guys?

Trust me, if you drag it out long enough, have a blast together, and let her IL skyrocket, she WILL bring it up.

I have been in your situation before when I thought the girl wouldn't bring it up, but when she did she turned around and spilled her guts about how much she cared about me and wanted to be exclusive. I was still learning back then, and make several non-DJ mistakes that I still regret; but this was definately not one of them.

Don't tell her you are intersted, show her you are intersted with your actions.
