Legally, I am an adult, and the girl I am dating is a minor. Her mom is a very strict muslim, and has recently kicked her out of her house for literally nothing, and she is now living with friends. Her mother said she was going to call the authorities, because I am an adult and she is a minor. We have had sex, but her mother does not know this and she isn't pregnant so their is no proof that we have had sex and if she was questioned she would definately deny such relations, can I get in trouble?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

If she's younger than the age of consent then you can definitely get into trouble. Be careful man! Also never underestimate the vindictiveness of females. If your relationship ever sours she can easily use this against you.

Yeah, i guess her mom could get in trouble for kicking her out, so hopefully that will deter her from calling the police. You suppose I can get in trouble? Maybe I don't understand the law fully, but can anyone tell me what law I have broken if they can't prove that we have been having sex? Also, I am about 2 years older than her if that makes any difference.

The age of consent varies from state to state, but usually it is 16 and up, which means it isn't statutory rape. Ask your government teacher or someone about it.

Where I'm from I think your ages have to be within two years of each other (if you're 18, she has to be 16 or older)
Don't hold me to that, research the stuff if you like, or just hope that nothing happens...
As far as her mother is concerned I really can't help you, my g/f mom finally likes me :)
Her dad might be another story though...

I just talked to a friend of mine, and his girlfriend's dad tried to get him in trouble, and the Utah law is 36 months apart after the age of 16, so im in the clear. Thanks guys.
