im going to be around this girl tongiht and so is another guy that likes her. Im usually a more passive person so i never end up with the girl. She says she thinks hes gay and doesnt like him at all anymore but i think she will still be into him if he puts moves on her. She dated him before and theyve done everything, including sex. with me, we have only kissed recently. So what im asking.. how do i take this girls attention off him and focus it all on me for the night

it's a pretty damn tough situation; because although the best course of action would be to do a bit of DJing, then stop paying attention to her and go around taling to other people (which shows your indepednacen and social proof etc.), if you od that; chances are romeo will make a move and distract her for you.... (that is, if he really is inerested and has the balls)
so, basically, not sure what to tell ya

Maybe she is trying to tell you in a subliminal way that you should take what you want from her, even if he's around.
Get some guts and go for what you want.
