Several weeks back me and my girlfriend were fooling around and it turns out that my sister even found out details of the encounter. It kinda really pissed me off. Obviously my GF is at fault and I shouldnt care whether or not she gets pissed off that im angry at her over it. The one thing I was wondering is how do I talk to her about this and what do I say to her to ensure that she doesnt run off at the mouth again?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

Tell her that even your sister knows the details of your encounter with her and you're not comfortable with that. You'd appreciate if she wouldn't spread the details of what you guys do together. Out of respect for her, you don't go telling your friends about how far you got with her.

what I'd say:


We are in a relationship togethre YOU and ME, that means supporting each other in good and bad situations. If there is something you don't like then you talk to me about it and not to others. how would you feel like it if I would go talk with others about issues with you ?

I don't want to suddenly hear it from others or wake up one day and we can't get along anymore. if you got anything to say, say it to me, say it now.

2. Tell her how it made "YOU" feel.
3. Tell her you would appreciate respect in the future.

effective assertive communication. You explain how something made you feel. You don't rant or rave just tell her how it made YOU .....feel.

Women can relate to emotions.

Take time to write it out exactly how this incedent made YOU ....FEEL.

Man set her ass straight....tell her you like to keep your relationships personal and you expect the same from her. Tell her you don't appreciate hearing from other sources, and she needs to show more respect for you. She will either shut the fvck up, or you will next her.
