When your in the club or wherever getting your mack on, do you for instance make up an identity for yourself?

I got the idea from the barbor shop. yep you got it, the place where the b1tches cut your hair. Well it seems that whenever i go there is usually a very inane and boring convo going on between me and the girl.

Thats when i decided to make it interesting. Sometimes ill come up with outrageous stories. Ranging from my dad being a general in the army, to going deep sea fishing for sharks in the atlantic. Its really fun. Im not a pathological liar and i stress honesty and bent truths all the time.

However, making up some crazy fantasy and getting someone to totally believe is great.

My name is pretty lame and common, (btw my handle here isnt my real name, just an alter ego i guess) so i kind of want to go to a club or some sh1t and introduce myself with a different name, it kind of lets your step out of yourself.

Now some may say this is stupid and a real DJ is true to themselves and that their lives are interesting enuff not to make up crazy lies, but on the contrary even Dj's have forms of escapism, and maybe using another identity or alias could be an outlet for this urge to escape sometimes.

Anyone ever do this? Try it some time, you would be suprised at the results.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

And wouldn't be ironic for you to meet someone you actually liked and built all your rapport on lies.

I used to do stupid sh*t like this when I was 17. Once a buddy and I picked these chicks up and were driving around with them. We told them fake names and said we were from another town. Turns out the cops pulled us over and asked for ID. They said our real names out loud infront of the chicks. No big deal but still felt pretty dumb.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
I dunno...it could build "mystery" if she starts finding out that you're not who you appear to be. But be careful with this. You might want to lie a little here and there, but don't fabricate grand life experiences.

Unless you want a ONS...then it's all good. :)

I never lie about myself.. first of all cause it can get you into trouble later...

2nd a Don Juan does not brag about himself or his accomplishment.

dude, remember giving information to a girl is only after she deserves to learn a bit more of you. it's a reward for the girl so she can feel good by thinking she's getting closer to the real you...

it's not something so you can brag about and make yourself feel good.

1. just be real. Anything else is childish game playin
2. I hate when women give dudes fake names. I've talked to women who told me the would tell a goober a fake name and give them a fake number. (my clients).
3. You gotta learn to be all "you" can be, I do recommend putting on a game face and pretending that you already are the coolest cat around...but not pretending that your somebody else with a fake assed name. It only comes out in the long run.
4. People who give fake info, are not into real or meaningful relationships or about spending quality time with anyone.

peace

This is NOT a good idea unless your name is Walter Mitty! What if you met a really cool girl and then you find out she lied about her name and events in her life? You guys would next her in a heartbeat and set these boards on fire about her!

DO NOT LIE! Your name and life may seem boring to YOU, but it might not be to someone else.

I used to use a "club name" to weed out the jerks with the tired lines. This was working fine till a guy from 2 months ago comes up and is like Hey! Jennifer! How ya doin'? Then the cool guy I was speaking to corrects him about my name and they both start looking at me like I'm nuts! That broke me of using "club names".
