The day after hooking up with a girl (i.e. sex), you should call her. This is what I've heard from many.

Well what I want to know is, I called her, but I knew she was going to be busy and she was so I only left her a message. I told her to call me, but she hasn't yet.

I would like to call her today to get her on the phone, but don't want to come off as needy.

Should I try to get ahold of her today again? Because I haven't got her on the phone yet. The phone is her home phone and I don't think she has caller ID on that one, but I could be wrong. If I was sure it was her cell phone I probably wouldn't since it would be listed as a missed call.

Isn't it ridiculous. You have sex with a girl, but you still worry about the rules of the game and not coming off as needy?

You called and left a message. Wait a week. If she has not called, call her one more time. If she still does not call. Get the hint.

Wow and this is after sex. Damn. It's amazing the games women play too.

Did I mention I told her I was in the middle of a breakup with my girlfriend.

You're right though she may not be interested. I would like to at least get her on the phone.

I have had this problem before with women not calling back. But not typically after sex.

Who said you should call her the day after? I don't advocate that. It makes you seem needy and desperate. I would've waited an extra day, it sometimes makes all the difference in the world.

Doc Love said to call the next day. Other people on here have said to as well.

I also told her I'd call the next day. She said she would be busy playing volleyball, so I knew I would have trouble getting ahold of her.

She also told me to break up with my girlfriend if I'm interested in going out with her. I did admit I had a girlfriend. Not the smartest thing to do but I was feeling a bit of guilt. Nonetheless I am about to break up with my girlfriend, not for this girl or any other girl but for my own sanity.

Tonight she said she would be free. I've been waiting a bit hoping she'd call (tons of other people have been calling me).

One thing that gives me hope is about 2 hours after I left her place (in the afternoon Sunday after a late night Saturday hookup), my friend already knew about it. Because he dates a girl who is friends with the girl I met.

You do not need to worry about the getting back in touch with her if you cover the 'next steps' with her before she leaves. I don't mean AFC moves either. You should at least re-examine her IL and act appropriately.

UPDATE....

Good news fellas. She just called me. She got home late from volleyball last night and didn't want to wake me up.

We chatted for a bit and if she cancels out on some plans for Friday we might be going out that night. I will speak to her Thursday about this. I told her what I'm doing Friday, and I will do this regardless of whether she cancels her plans or not.

I'm just glad she called me and I didn't have to call her back. I was probably going to wait until she called back anyways. Feels good she called back tonight.

Now the bad part, me and my girlfriend are still together. I hate breaking up. That's for another post.
