Wow. She had a boyfriend that she NEVER kissed? She's either REALLY REALLY prude or really really shy/insecure. I'm guessing it's the second thing. If you are only the second guy she's ever kissed, she probably thinks she has no idea how to kiss good and is paranoid about it. You say you've kissed her before but it was "too fast"? Does she seem like she is an inexperienced kisser? If so, the next time you do get a little kiss or something, build her confidence by telling her how much you like the way she kisses (you can lie, its ok) or even try to guide her a little. I have a feeling she will open up more and relax more with time.
