Sometimes, I'm literally "in the zone", you know that feeling, everything is flowing smoothly, you come up with lightning fast witty remarks, you feel phenomenal. There's a certain flow to everything.
And then there are other times (like tonight when I was with a group of people), and my mind was thinking..."gee...I hope I dont stutter when saying this", "ummm...now what do I say", and you try so hard not to be nervous, but you are. There is zero flow or smoothness to it.
What's the difference?? I went to a Tony Robbins seminar last year (fantastic by the way) and learned how your physiology and breathing can affect your thoughts. I tried changing these things, but it still didn't feel natural, and you feel out of it.
Do you have any tips to share when your mind goes blank? What do you do?
