Lately, I've been waking up feeling free of all limits. It's like I know myself inside and out. This only last for a couple of minutes then my consious begins to take over. It would be wonderful if I could capture or expand this mindframe .Does anyone else experience this?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

No.... but dreams

No, I have heard about this before. I have some postings about dreams that I will mention -- they are a great resource for figuring **** out.

Yes, I have experienced that...

It's being well rested and then experiencing exhaustion or being overwelmed with the stressors of life.

Meditation and some stretches/exercise helps to prolong that good feeling.

Constantly

Its natural, I would definitely suggest reading some mind-expanding books, and possibly take up a yoga class. Also, if you really wish, you might want to hire a professional, like a Guru, or a shrink to help you expand your conciousness.

I've experienced it too. My mind is so clear, I almost can't describe the feeling. It's like I have the ability to understand or learn anything no matter how complicated.

When I was in high school I was working on a math problem that I couldn't solve. I woke up the next morning and the math problem was on my mind. I was able to solve it in two seconds in my head, but then the feeling went away.

I've also woken up with entire conversations from the previous day instantly in my head. Within seconds, I pick apart everything I said wrong or should be embarrassed about. Within seconds the feeling is gone and I don't remember what bothered me so much.

It's odd how we tend to reflect on the things we did wrong, as opposed to rejoicing about the things we did right. These days, I think people generally have a negative outlook on things.
