This question comes up in almost every first date.

Now we all do things for fun, but how appealing do they sound?

What are ways to answer this question without giving a straight answer such as I like to play basketball and listen to music or without lying such as I like go bungee jumping, scuba diving, rock climbing etc. (Some people do these things but lets face it most of us dont do these things very often)

I am sure all of you have faced this question countless times, So what are some good responses fellas?

I feel your pain man, sure I do tons of things for fun but there is no way to answer that question without sounding boring.

I would be careful with this question..it depends what type of guy you are

if you are secure in yourself..and have boring hobbies..(well maybe boring to others) .. you can just say what you do for fun (i.e. troll porn sites, play chess with pieces of meat, collect bugs ) whatever..and if she responds well to it, good, if not..who cares

Then there is the technique of inflating your hobbies to things that women find facinating..ADVENTURE (you skydive, you play rugby, boxing, you run the marathon, rock climbing

Its all up to your strategy..or if you want to be "real" and just be yourself.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
