Thats right....my gym towel causes me to break out on my forehead.

Initially I thought it was from using self tanner. But I finally realized it was from sweating and wiping my face with the towel.

I try to remember to hit my face with Seabreeeze before I work out, but if I forget it never fails, here come the zits.

Anyone else have this problem? What do you do about it?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

When you're sweating your pores are opening up to let the sweat out, splashing cold water on your face will close the pores. Try splashing cold water on your face right before you wash it with towel. That way you'll cool down, and pores will be protected from bacteria from the towel
