Hey I was just wondering what the low down on creatine intake is. during my last 9 weeks of training i started off by loading with 15g a day and then after a week i went to 5 g a day. how long should you sustain 5 g a day. as long as you need or is it good to stop and take a break from creatine intake.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Cycle it or you become, at the very least, psychologically dependant on it for your workouts. 6-8 weeks on, 6 weeks off.

No amount of time off is too much. Hell, I only cycle on creatine when I hit a plateau. It's not that necessary of a supplement.
