Hello Diesel, My question is how can I specifically work out gaining muscles, i have been doing reps with lighter weight 3 sets of 10 but strength but i still want to get muscles and get really big...Give me some specific things i can do....Right now my routine is....Chest/Shoulders/Triceps next day Biceps/back/legs, then back to chest routine and then bicep routine
