“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I know that to cut up, its not a good idea to eat anything after say, 9 PM (depends on what "expert" you ask).

But sometimes a dude's gotta eat SOMETHING.. ANYTHING. So if a dude is jonesin' for a late night snack, what's the best (and tasty) thing to eat? I'm looking for answers along the fresh fruit variety, not cookie dough or some shiat like that. Right now, I stick to seedless green grapes. They taste great, aren't too filling, and seem to do the trick of giving me a small dose of sugar until my next meal (breakfast). Thanks in advance.

the reasoning behind not eatin say 3-4 hrs before bed is that your body will not have time to digest the food and it will turn to fat. espically with carbs

carbs such as fruit, vegies, bread, orange juice, pop etc. are not good

what is good??

milk

i drink 1.5 glasses before bed

its good for muscle growth and helps you to sleep

steamed milk is even better to help you sleep

Drixsa: Doesn't your body keep working while you sleep, so it should keep digesting? Otherwise, why do you have to pee in the morning?

Jake: Stick with the grapes and maybe a banana. A sliced apple with something like peanut butter might be good too.

your body doesnt digest carbs if you eat them before you sleep

it just saves them as glucose which turns to fat.

i thought penauts were hard 2 digest at night time or something?

Anways I would have to say just try to fill yourself up properly before hand because late nite snacks are:
bad for your teeth
bad for your breath
and bad for your overall figure

Young man, once again, where are you getting your 'nutritional expertise' from?

Digestion does not stop as you sleep. In fact, your body does not stop until you die. Digestion stops when there is no more food for the system to process and break down.

Glucose is stored in the liver and muscle tissue as glycogen, for later use. As with protein, and fat, any excess amounts of carbohydrates will be turned into fat. The first macronutrient that the body burns through is carbohydrates. Any excess glucose (blood sugar) gets stored in the muscles (this is commonly used by endurance athleetes before events, it is called carbo loading, and it has nothing to do with storing fat)then if there is any more extra, it will go into the fat cells as fat.

Everytime we eat, our metabolism picks up for digestion, and heat is produced, something called Thermic Effect of Food, that acounts for about 10-15 % of the calories we burn in a 24 hour period.

Everytime you go long periods (over 4-5 hours) without any food in your system, the body slows down to pace itself and survive on less food. Which is why it is a good idea to eat a snack before bed time, and avoid the long fast, which can last anywhere from 8-12 hours, from your last meal until the next morning's breakfast.

Yes, bodybuilders do take extreme measures to look as ripped as possible the night/day of the show. Are they the healthiest people around? not necesarily. They are the fit, and look great cosmetically.

"Carbs turn into fat at night" is just another The Earth Is Flat-ism.

Bump.

Eat:

- Milk mixed with your favorite oil
- cottage cheese/ricotta cheese/any other cheese
- nuts
- peanut butter
- chicken/beef/turkey/ham/fish

Treat it like any other meal, but stay away from stuff that digests quickly (you wont be eating again for at least 6-7 hours).
