Which is better taking a vitamin or just eating something that will give you the vitamin or are they the same?

For example, which is better taking a vitamin C pill or just drinking a glass of OJ?

food is always better over supplements

but you should be takin a multivitamin b/c youd have to eat a lotta food to get everything from a multivitamin

yes that can be true depending on the vitamin but i dont think getting proper amounts of vitamin C was his main concern.

some things like a multivitamin and whey protein cannot be replaced as well by real food.
