Okay, I'm 16 (will be 17in a month) and I want to bulk up. I'm currently a little under 6' and between 150-160 lbs.
I want to look good and be in good shape for basketball etc. but I don't want to screw up my body before I finish growing.
So... any suggestions?
(By the way, like most newbies, I don't know the lingo around here, so you'll have to put things really simply for me...)
