Are you born with it or do you develop it over time.Some people say I have it and I believe I owe it to this site and some books I have read on the subject.What do you guys think about charisma.

My dictionary defines "charisma" thus:
1) a divinely conferred gift or power
2) the special quality that gives an individual influence or authority over large numbers of people
3) the special virtue of an office, position, etc., that confers or is thought to confer on the person holding it an unusual ability for leadership, worthiness of veneration.
Some world leaders seem to have it in spades, and it can obviously be used for evil since many consider Adolf Hitler to have been exceedingly charismatic.
The key word seems to be 'power' over other people. To me, that comes from confidence, self confidence, which many find to be seductive. It's one of the keys to getting women that we discuss here. As such, yes, I think that although some people are born with it, it's possible to develop charisma.

I disagree with the way in which you apply the concept of charisma. You are over-complicating things.
Simply, put charisma is the ability to put someone at ease with appropriate playfulness and grace. That is all. You can put all sorts of twists on it and apply it to a political, sexual, social, professional situation but in the most basic terms, that is what charisma is.
Look at our prez G-Dub. He is a fvcking moron with the charisma of an epileptic chimpanzee, but he still yields enormous political power (too much in my opinion, for a war-monger like him).
I often have people commenting on how I have interpersonal charisma - women are more often than not drawn to me upon first meeting by this (I know this because I often get hostile reactions from their male friends or chump BFs). Sometimes its your tone of voice, and sometimes its that look in your eye. A good portion of charisma is non-verbal. I have that part down; I just need to work on my conversational skills some more.

Charisma to me is the zest for life as expressed through words, actions, and emotions. Charismatic people are a master of words; their excitability (not to the extent of cheesiness) and their positive outlook makes them a good prospect to the ladies.
