Hi, im looking to drop alot of fat (high body fat %) ;_;
I guess I have one year to look pretty good
by then I will have my bachelor pad up to snuff and have everything down to a system with work, school, and off time.
So if I'm trying to lose quite alot of weight, whats the best thing, diet wise, to follow?
I have a shake in the morning with very low fat and carbs, with around 60 G protein, 400 calories
lunch is a can of chicken breast (less than 300 cals, 60 G protein, 1 G fat, 3 carbs) with some dressing on top (couple hundred cals, switching to fat free soon)
after school is a chicken breast, pre seasoned, around 300 cals, 45G protein, 3 carbs)
Dinner is most of the time a toss up.
Can anyone help me tweak this plan? This is supplemented with working out 3-4 times a week, Cardio (HIIT) and weight training both on the same day.
