lately , during the night ive been getting unberable leg cramps in my calf muscle. they actually wake me up from sleep. do any of you get these cramps , if you do what do you use to treat them. its really bothering me as it ruins the whole night and sometimes i wake up screamin because of the pain. is this just bad growing pains or is it something else

i get those cramps too, well i used to anyway. I think the cause is either growing or not enough exercise. WHo knows. I dont know how to treat them tho, i just wiggling around until the pain was gone

well I used to get these cramps too. Someone told me this happens because there is not enough potassium in the body. So eat more bananas, they are a great source of potassium.
