Hey everyone. Around Valentines Day I posted here because I had hit a wall in a massive weight loss regiment I'd put myself on. I was at around 215 then, and now I'm down to 190. A lot of people are saying I look good, but I still have more to do. I still have a pouch on my lower stomach that I want to get rid of. For about the past week, I've been trying to take in a lot of protein, and low carbs, while doing HIIT during my workouts. Am I on the right track here? This past week, I was taking in my protein in the forms of carb solutions protein bars, and cans of tuna, but I want to start making protein shakes. Should I get something with really high protein and really low carbs, or even no carbs?
