Above it is a training program url. I found it last summer. Back then I was an overweight chump who couldn't run for 300 yards without ISDPE. After 3 weeks I could run for 3 miles non-stop. Unfortunetly I had to quit running that time, but I begin it all over again this week.

So - check it out. If I could follow this program then so can you!

ISDPE - I See Dead People Effect :-D

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Well - actually it is 5 days a week (there are 6 days only in the first one), and usually one of the days is also pretty light. I'm no expert - I just know that this did work for me. :)

Thanks for your advice.
