“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hey everyone

I'm 130 lbs. and skinny. I've been lifting weights on and off for about 2 years now, and have noticed more tone in my muscles and a little bit more mass.

I'm thinking about joining a gym this week, but I want to know how realistic it is if I wanted to gain about 30 lbs. during my one year membership there?

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to gain 30 lbs. in a year going to the gym about 3 times a week and following the gym's nutrition plan?

I don't want to spend a grand on a gym membership if I can't get the results I want.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Maybe you could tell us what the gym's nutrition plan is? If you train and eat right and arent the typical hard gainer then yes it's perfectly possible especially if you are a beginner. Diesel's bulking guide will set you going.

I asked the rep at the gym and he said it was entirely possible.
I don't know if he was just trying to get me to join though.

The nutrition plan would be set up by the gym so I don't know what it is. I just need to know if it's possibility of gaining 30 lbs.

Seems like a lot since it's about 1/4 of my whole entire body mass.

Post the plan when you get it so ppl on here can critique it. Research this area yourself anyway. There is so much info on bulking you are bound to find something you can live with. The bulking plan by Diesel is a good one and will help you as much as any other. It aint rocket science just eat a lot of protein, good carbs, sufficient fat and calories, train hard and heavy, get enough rest and you grow. Easy!

Yes it's very possible. I am a very hard gainer and I usually get 10 lbs of muscle every 2 1/2 months if I stick to my bulking diet. Training is good but eating and rest is just as if not more important so you don't need to go to the gym 5 days a week if you train right. I agree that Diesel's bulking plan is good too.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

If you do things right you should be able to gain about a pound a week. 30 lbs will be easy for you.

You call yourself a hard gainer? Wish I found gains so hard!

I was 5'11 137 about 9 months ago. Now I am 5'11 and 163 pounds so it is very possible. And I put on very little fat. I have filled out nicely.. added a lot of muscle and still have my 6 pack... my secret? PROTEIN and CONSISTENCY. I rarely miss a workout and if I do, I make up for it the next one.

Best piece of advice in this entire post - CONSISTENCY

I started working out in January, was 125 back then
did about 3 months of training on the machines, (high reps) and ate alot
gained 12 pounds
The first 3 month was a conditioning period to get my body perpared

then i started lifting with free weights
now I am 145

I can defitnetly notice the change, and is also great that my waist size is still the same:D
I plan to get to 165 by september

so yeah, is totally possible to gain 30 pounds in a year

it's possible to gain 30 pounds, but dont think for a minute that it;s 30 pounds of muscle! and just because you goto the gym and workout steady for 2 months and gain 10lbs that you gained 10 pounds of muscle, you aregaining fat as well as new tissues,.

it can be quite expensive to do so though

i eat six meals a day
3 regular (B-fast,lunch and dinner)
3 protien meals( protein shake, protein bars and or milk)

i lift 6 days a week
i never miss a workout
i never miss a meal
i havent had alchol in 5 months

You workout 6 days a week? That's a little much. Either you really have nothing to do or your a meathead. Man cut it back to three days a week and go outside the other three.

Weight Gain

Nun: I know that I gained some fat with that 10 lbs of muscle BUT I had a six pack at the end of the bulking session so that's why I assumed that is was mostly muscle. My arms and pecs were pretty ripped as well. I also think that it is entirely possible to gain 30 lbs of pure muscle in a year. If you follow a good diet you can gain 1 lb of muscle a week like shiftkey said with hardly any fat.

Templeton: I am a very hard gainer but I lifted hard and stuck to an extremely strict diet. If hardgainers eat the right things they can gain weight pretty easily too.

5-6 days aweek is a solid effort

i dont wanna look like a light bulb with 2 pencils for legs

u can get away with four days a week minimum but your not prolly gonna gain the weight or mass you want.

as for being a meat head?

Well i wount consider myself one but this meathead is sure smarter than your ass

Rest

Dubs, while I believe you that your workout routine is doing great for you I think that you would get the same effect with less workout days. It is probably your diet thats helping you the most with your weight gain. You need at least 24 hours of rest for optimal muscle growth and for most people even longer. This doesn't include working different body parts on different days, it means you do nothing related to weight lifting on your days off(this doesn't mean sitting on your @ss, you can do cardio related activities).

Try working out less(three days a week) or even taking a break for a short time(maybe a couple of days or even a week) and come back to the gym and I guarentee you will be able to lift more and gain weight more easily. I think that you might be overtraining yourself when you lift 6 days a week. If not then your probably not lifting hard enough.

Remember weight lifting is only one part of gaining weight(muscle). The other two are diet and REST which is equally if not more important.

Sorry but this is just plain bad advice. Most average guys should workout a max of 4 days per week when wanting to put on mass. It is more likely that training more than this will have an adverse effect on gains. I admit I am generalising and some guys will make progress on more but for the majority 3 - 4 days per week of heavy resistance training is sufficient. Remember it is not just individual bodyparts that need to recuperate but the whole central nervous system. Especially if you are employing movements such as squats, deadlifts, cleans, rows etc.
