My shoulder routine consists of:

BB or DB military presses
Side raises
and shrugs

Short, intense, and heavy.

I'll keep it nice and simple.

DB Overhead Press 3x6-10
DB Side Laterals 2x6-10
DB Bent Over Raises 2x6-10

and you can throw in three sets of 8-12 on DB Shrugs to hit those traps too.

Try laterals one side at a time with cables - done properly they keep the tension on the side delt throughout the whole movement.

I would also suggest training rear delts with back - this is something I have been doing for the last six months or so and the improvement in my rear delts has been considerable. The heavy rows you should be doing for your back will hit the rear delts and after that just some bent over laterals (again I prefer cables) or use the pec deck by facing the machine with arms behind the pads and doing the movement backwards.

Dips taken very deep will hit the front delts but there really is no point in doing any specific front delt work as they get so much work through other shoulder and chest movements.

howabout...training your rotator cuff so you in the long run you don't tear it so you can lift well into your old age..if you do tear it you wont ever lift the same again, besides if you do train it, it'll make your bench, shoulders, chest, everything grow from being able to push more weight :)
