Stackin Supplemenets?!!

Whats the best combination of supplements to stack. Ive heard that only creatine and whey powder are tottally safe (if u follow instructions) and its ok to take both of them b4/after a workout. any one know the best brands for creatine and whey powder,(heard prolab and champion were the ****), hit me up with what u think cuts it for bulkin up

Whey- Optimum Vanilla(damn it tastes good)
Creatine- Prolab

and if you wanna take a weight gainer if you're an ecto then NLarge2 is good.

Those products are good but I prefer Max Muscle. Good stuff! High 5 Protein Powder and Alpha One Creatine (10g creatine + 2g gluitamine).

Along with basic vitamins and minerals I like protein powders and glutamine - one half teaspoon of glutamine several times per day (pre and post workout last thing at night and first in the morning - at the very least before bed on an empty stomach). I don't get too much out of creatine so don't use it any more.

EFAs - eg flaxseed oil if you are deficient in your diet.

Don't forget carb powder too which seems to be overlooked. It should be seen as an essential. If you use a gainer rather than a simple whey protein supplement it will have a good carb content - maltodextrin being the carb source of choice - Chemical Nutrition's Pro Mass for example. I use a separate protein and carb powder so I can control the amount of each. Post workout you want protein and carbs - twice as many carbs as protein and ideally half the carbs in glucose and half in maltodextrin. Carb powders are very cheap so there is no excuse to neglect them.

Im just thinkin theres already supplements that are "factory" stacked.(u buy them stacked). Are there any ones with just creatine and whey? what are their best brands, n whats the daily amount of glutamine i shoud be taking?
