Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I personally do t'ai chi on a nearly daily basis. It gives me a ton of energy and motivation as well as keeps me in good shape and able to defend myself. I can apply the martial art principles to real life situations that are non-physical but still confrontational.

Thats not exactly what I was looking for. See, the kind of people I am referring to are those that can't get motivated to GO to tai chi classes. You see what I'm saying?
