bumpy arms

I have bumps on the areas around my biceps and triceps (but my inner arms are smooth). They are smaller than pimples.

I heard that some people have this too. My arms have been like this for as long as i can remember, but i was wondering if anyone has successfully gotten rid of this.

i know this sounds silly... but buy a loofah. you know, those sponges on a stick? but not a shower puff, and actual loofah. make sure that when you are in the shower, you exfoliate your upper arms really well (most people who have this also have it on their shoulders, you just can't tell). and when you are toweling off, slap a ton of creamy baby oil on your skin while you are still damp. let it soak in for a bit.

give this a couple weeks, and you should see results.

*note- be sure not to scrub your arms to the point of irritation... you don't want to break the skin.

i have a yellow thing with mesh-like material and been using it for a few months. I guess thats a shower puff thing ur talking about?

It hasn't worked too well, so I guess I need a sponge loofa.

Also, what kind of baby oild should I get?

johnson's creamy baby oil. it's in the white bottle with the pink cap. it doesn't smell too strongly of baby powder either.

if nothing else, johnson & johnson is good for... your johnson!
