I just started logging what I eat again. It's a helpful method because you start to control or curb the eating of junk when you have to honestly admit it.
Does anyone count calories or weigh their food? Also can you recommend a good book or preferably a free internet resource for finding calorie counts of foods. I know there are tons of calorie counting books out there.
