Guys, what do you think about Ripped Fuel? It is a metabolic enhancer that is supposed to help you with workouts and in some fat loss.

I take 2 capsules before every work out, and in the mornings before classes when I wake up feeling like I just slept for 20 minutes. What I've noticed is that after about 2 hours from the time I took the pills, my metabolism shoots through the roof, and I become agitated, like I need to do something, talk to somebody. During workouts, I haven't noticed any big differance from when I don't take it.

So what do you guys think of this supplement? Is it good, harmful, what? Let me know!

It's fukking RAT POISON.

People have died from ephedra, you know.

I took it several times. My eyes felt like they were going to pop out of my head, my hands shook, and it kept me from sleeping for two nights after.
