yeah i noticed lately, that NO anti perspirant works at all.. and i would sweat all the time.. just in my armpit area... i hate it. Its so unprofessional and embarrassing.. and it would always soak through any shirt.

I dont konw y this happens... but i think it may be nerve related, at least for me.. cause its a lot more common for me in public. (the worst time)

I guess one way is to get your body to stop retaining so much water. Drink a lot of water and cut down on your sodium intake. Try it and see if it works.

weird thing is that its only started to happen after ive starting going to the gym?

why?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Do you do Cardio at the gym?

Cardio will train your body to regulate heat better, and at the first indication that it is heating up. What this means is that you will start to sweat at cooler temperatures, and sweat more at comperable temps.

I've been a serious endurance athlete for a few years now, and if the temperature hits around 70F, then NO anti-persperant can stop the sweat from coming. My body thinks I'm working out, and will try to cool down.

This could be the case with you.
