...now I would like some opinions on how to use them.

I'm a track cyclist doing approx 10 hours cardio a week. 2-3 hours gym, mostly legs (90% effort). Track cycling training 5 hours a week with a fair amount of 100% sprints.

My supplements:

Whey protein: 83% protein
Creatine supreme: 10g creatine/100g...the rest mostly carbohydrates and some vitamins.
Creatine
Glutamine
"Grow": 29g protein/100g...the rest carbohydrates.

that's the stash. I have a good idea of what I want to do but would be interesting to hear some opinions.

I'm currently 5'11 and 155 pounds. I would like to be 165 pounds in 2 months time, at which stage I will be doing some competitions. I have fairly large legs for my body size as is, but could do with some more muscle.
